Here are some of the Dressmaking Fabrics that you can use as Cheap Fabrics when working under a budget, without having to sacrifice quality:
- Economy Satin – This fabric is ideal as a replacement for Cheap Fabrics, and is easy to work with, meaning that it can be perfect for many of your Dressmaking proects such as formal garments and bridal wear.
- Chiffon – This is the highest quality polyester Chiffon, and is perfect for layering with other Dressmaking Fabrics. Cheap Fabrics such as other Chiffons that are manufactured simply do not produce the required results when made into garments, resulting in poorer quality clothing.
- Poplin – This is a very popular Dressmaking Fabric that is far from being a Cheap Fabric! It is a popular choice for many garments including men’s and women’s shirts that require a lighter fabric without it being a Cheap Fabric.
