This is why all of our staff go out of their way to research whats trending throughout the year and as each season changes we supply the right fabrics for you to get the right look! There are lots of ways to stay on top of the latest fashion, so if you are truly interested and wish to follow fashion religiously, you've really go to do your homework! As each season comes to an end and a new season begins, one trend also comes to an end and another begins, so you have to keep up to date with the latest style changes throughout different designers lines and if you want to give it a go at making them, you'd need to replicate them. Some of the many ways to follow the ever changing styles across the globe are to watch the many shows which promote fashion designers lines, sign up to lots of different fashion bloggers and read trend reports and make mood boards using pictures from fashion magazines, such as Elle, Vogue, Bazaar and Cosmopolitan. My favourite way to make sure I am keeping up with the latest trends is to follow all of my favourite celebrities, either through social media sites like Instagram or Facebook. Then I will find at least 1 celebrity who shares the same body shape/type and I'll find out which designers they prefer and where they shop - obviously I cant afford to buy them so I now either make imitations of their clothes or find high street shops which stock very similar items! When it is as easy to create your own wardrobe as it is in this day and age I never know why people don't. Obviously if you have never been shown how to sew, make clothes or read patterns you wouldn't be able to, however, there are so many different courses around that there is simply no reason you can't learn. If you are unable to afford to learn at the moment or if you just do not have the time to go to an evening or day course, there are still plenty of ways to acquire the skills of sewing, like YouTube tutorials.
