This section on our website is my own personal favourite. We have so many different products products available, it really is amazing. Within this section there are over 10,000 different products including their different variations. Today I'm going to talk a little about the different products that we have in this section and there general everyday uses.
  1. Bag Handles: These are fairly new to us but have been incredibly popular. These offer you the chance to salvage an old bag that you may have been planning on throwing out. Replacement bag handles come in a great selection of colours and shapes.
  2. Bias Binding: We have recently amened this section by offering our range of bias by the metre as well as by the complete roll. This covers all of our bias binders and has been a popular choice.
  3. Bra Extenders: A great invention that allows you to keep your bras a little longer in the event of occasional weight gain. Bra Extenders have been around for many years and here at Calico Laine we offer them in a choice of sizes and colours.
  4. Cords: Along with zips, cords are by far and away our most popular items. The cords come in a variety of sizes from 1mm up to 7mm wide.
  5. Curtain Tapes: Before I started in this industry I had no idea how many different versions of curtains tapes there were. There is so many! In a nutshell the thickness of the curtain tapes normally gives an idea for how big/heavy the curtains are. For example, on lightweight net curtains you would only need a narrow tape, where as on large heavy curtains you would need a thicker curtain tape.
  6. Dylon Products:  A brilliant range of goods are offered by Dylon. These include a number of different fabrics dyes and also fabric cleaning items. We stock the complete range here at Calico Laine.
  7. Elastics: The staple item for any haberdashery shop, elastics are main stay for any dressmaker. We offer a range of elastics including flat and round elastics in a number of widths.
  8. Ribbons: A huge section on our site. Ribbons have really expanded in recent years to offer unrivalled designs and patterns. They can be used in so many different ways from card making to use on wedding cars. Here at Calico Laine we have a extensive range of Berisfords Ribbons.
  9. Ribbon Embellishments: The latest section to be added to our website, we are very happy with how these have turned out. There are so many different colours and designs to choose from. These can be used on clothes, bags and even cards!
  10. Zips: We stock every type of replacement zip you can think of. These include zips such as jeans zips, dress zips and many many more!
