Elastics come in all different sizes and colours for many various different uses.
The most commonly used Elastics in Dressmaking, tend to be the Soft Backed Elastic, which can be used in trousers, skirts and pyjamas for the waistband. As it has a lovely soft side, it not only adds to your comfort, but will allow and expandable waistband! The Soft Backed Elastic is available in black and white and comes on a 25 meter roll or can be bought by the meter. It also comes in various thicknesses:
We also have plain flat elastic too. It is great as it can be used in dressmaking, or you can incorporate it in to your day to day living for repairs etc. It is also available in numerous different widths and come sin black and white!
If you need an elastic with a splash of colour. Our 1mm Special Colours
Elastic comes in a brilliant choice of colours, and can be used with crafts, or use them for special events such as party hats, or to hang cards on! They are also great value for money as they come on 100 meter roll!
We also have Button Hole Elastic, which is a great help when making garments as the holes are already done for you!
