Economy Satin is  a lighter weight fabric and is 150cm wide which many people have used for their bridesmaids dresses/prom dresses and many other designs.  As we have such a vast selection of polyester Dress Linings which are also 150cm wide and brilliant value you really can create some stunning designs which wont cost the earth and will still provide a lovely quality looking garment! Dress Linings are a very important part of Dressmaking and are great if you wish to simply line a garment such as a jacket, but also add another layer, great if you are working with a thinner material!
