Items made up of natural fabric may fade with time or you may have made a stain on the product and want to remove it. Well, with Dylon this can be done very easily. Dylon Dyes are not suitable for polyster materials, e.g poly/cotton, poly/viscose mixes and waterproof fabrics. These dyes work extremely well on fabrics such as cotton, linen and viscose. The normal colour mixing rules apply with these dyes, for example if your fabric is blue and your using a red dye then your item will turn purple. Dylon Dye Machine Dye These dyes will dye as much as 600g of material/a pair of jeans. To use this dye you will need 500g of salt, this salt is sold seperately, if you would like to dye more fabric then use more packets. Adding the salt, dye and fabric into the machine and run the 40 degree run wash as normal. It really is that simple. Dylon Cold Water Dye The Cold Water Dye will dye approximately 250g grams of fabric/t-shirt. You will also need 250g of salt, which is sold seperately. To use this dye, simply have ready the salt, fabric and a bowl with 6 ltrs of warm water. Dylon Shoe Dye Suitable for canvas, leather and immitation leather shoes or boots, or even accessories. We also stock Suede and Nubuck Shoe dye. The Dylon Shoe Dye comes in a 25ml Bottle with a sponge and it comes in quite a few colours :) Simply dab the colour on to the shoe with the sponge and you're good to go. Dylon Fabric Paint These dyes are unlike most other paints as they remain soft even when they're dry, meaning if your painting a top to wear, the top will still flow like it used to :) The paints come in a huge amount of colours and in 25ml bottle. To make the colour perminant, allow the paint to dry, cover with another layer of fabric then iron over it.
