Scuba fabric is most suitable for creating body con style dresses and this has become a particularly fashionable style in the last few years with many celebrities wearing this style of outfit.

Scuba Dress Fabrics are made with 5% spandex and this gives them a comfort stretch making them particularly comfy to wear. They are also crease resistant which makes them a great choice to wear to a wedding or to take away on holiday in your suitcase. Scuba fabric is a medium weight fabric and is thick enough that it does not need be lined. It is a fabric that is easy to work with when sewing and as it doesn't fray it does not necessarily need to be overlocked.
