These zips are manufactured by YKK and are one of the highest quality available on the market. They range in size from a very small 4" zip, suitable for children's shorts or skirts, up to a larger 22" zip suitable as a long length zip in the back of a dress. In this range you can Buy Zips in a selection of colours and we always do our best to match the colour to your fabric when you order online. If you have picked a colour online that we do not think matches we will get in touch with you to discuss this if we think we can find a better match.

These are ideal for evening dresses and smart skirts where the aesthetics of the garment would be ruined by a visible zip. Concealed zips can be purchased in 4 sizes; 8", 9", 16" and 22" and are also available in a number of colours including royal, cerise, grey and navy. Some sewing machines require a different foot to sew in concealed zips. Here at Calico Laine we stock a Prym special zipper foot which is designed for this use and can be attached to most modern sewing machines.
