A wedding is one of the most important days of anyone's life, and it is paramount that every single part of a bride's outfit is absolutely perfect for her big day. If you are are on the hunt for your own dream dress and accessories but they are proving difficult to find, then why not have your own unique gown made from our extensive range of Bridal Fabrics available in both of our stores and online? We stock many different kinds of satins, crepes and chiffons that have been purchased by so many of our bride-to-be customers searching for that extra-special look for their wedding, and our Bridal Fabrics aren't limited to just being used for garments either - they can also be used for decorating, such as chair-dressing and other special touches for your wedding and help to achieve the theme and look you desire.
One of the most popular Bridal Fabrics that we sell all year round is easily our duchess satin. This beautiful fabric is available in at least 40 different shades, so whatever colour scheme you have chosen for your wedding, there is bound to be something to match the elements that you have chosen already. With its subtle sheen finish and heavier weight than some of our other fabrics, this is always a great choice for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and cravats for the groom and his groomsmen.
If you are after a more medium-weight fabric, we suggest our satin back crepes and satin back dupions. These two fabrics are both reversible, featuring one shiny satin side and one side with a matte finish, so whichever your preference, the choice is yours. For a unique look, we suggest perhaps mixing and matching the two different sides of the fabric with each other. These fabrics are available in a fantastic range of colours, featuring more traditional bridal shades such as white, ivory and cream, to more interesting shades such as cinnamon, rust and duck egg blue.
For those who favour a more ethereal look, we carry a brilliant stock of chiffons and georgettes. These fabrics range in weight from the silk-like cationic chiffon to the floaty regular and extra wide chiffons, as well as the heavier weight georgette which drapes beautifully and has a lot of body to it. All of these fabrics look amazing when made up, and help to achieve that fantasy look that a lot of modern brides have sought after.
