Following on from the queen's speech there is the impending plastic bag charge of 5p per bag. Rather than spending 5p (or more) every time you head off to the supermarket. Save your 5 pence pieces up now and put them to good use on some Haberdashery bag handles. Match it with some bag canvas and maybe some other fabric to create a funky design.
