Duchess Satin Fabric is an elegant lustrous Fabric characterised by its high thread count and luxurious feel. Our stunning Pearl Faced Duchess Satin range has a slight nap-like surface, giving this an extra soft texture. Pearl faced satin is slightly lighter-weight than our main range duchess satin, yet heavier than our medium-weight. This makes it ideal for projects where you need that extra bit of drape while maintaining a good amount of body and structure. This fabric is perfect for dressmaking projects such as dresses, blouses and skirts and looks particularly stunning when used for occasion outfits.
